Stock
Products are subject to stock confirmation with their respective distributors and importers. If the product is not available after completion of the purchase and payment has already been made, NegociuN will refund the payment in full to the customer.
Shipping
The shipment of the goods will be delivered by DHL within the estimated period from confirmation of payment and is only an estimate and may be changed by factors beyond NegociuN's control.
NegociuN does not guarantee delivery in cases of failure caused by: absent customer, incorrect registration data, refusal by the customer or employees of residential and commercial addresses, change of address, closed commercial addresses, risk areas and natural disasters (force majeure).
The customer will be responsible for losses and damages caused by unjustified refusal of delivery, considered as that not provided for in applicable legislation.
The customer may request, at the time of formalizing the order, the shipping method, remembering that each location has a specific delivery time and price.
In the case of major promotional events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and others, delivery times may change due to the high demand for posts.
Breakdowns
The Customer must be attentive during delivery, immediately refusing the order whose packaging is broken or damaged during transportation.
If it is impossible to refuse, contact must be made within a maximum period of 48 hours.
Requests for faults after the deadline will not be accepted.
The exchange for another product equal to the one described in the invoice will only be made after receipt and analysis of the conditions of the returned product. If any discrepancy is found, such as the absence of damage, signs of misuse or the absence of manual/accessories, NegociuN reserves the right not to carry out the exchange and resend the product to the customer without prior authorization.

Right to repentance
The Right to Repentance request, for exchange or refund of the amount paid, must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of receipt of the purchase, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, via email contato@negociun.com.br.
To cancel your purchase due to regret, the products and packaging must be the original sent, the accessories must be in the box and the box must not have been tampered with.
To avoid returning products due to incompatibility between physical components (hardware), operating systems or other software, choosing the appropriate product for the purposes is the Customer's responsibility.
Technical information reflects the specifications made available on the product page and by manufacturers, which serve to assist in your purchasing decision.
NegociuN is exempt from the obligation to respond to requests for exchange or return of any product returned without the Customer Service Center being notified, or without a protocol registered by the consumer with the right to repentance or even after the deadline or with missing items/ accessories that come with it.
If the requirements are not met, NegociuN will not be obliged to accept the purchase cancellation. In this case, the product subject to purchase will be returned to the Customer's delivery address, accompanied by a statement regarding the finding, without any refund, and the entire return process will be cancelled.

The company must contact NegociuN so that the withdrawal can be evaluated and we will later send the procedures to proceed with the return of the products.
Return of values
All cancellations and refunds of the amount paid will be previously analyzed by NegociuN.
All transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when previously agreed with NegociuN and in accordance with the exchange or return policy.
Guarantee
All products sold by NegociuN are original and distributed through official authorized importers and distributors of their respective manufacturers, therefore, the guarantee is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer of the product issuing the invoice and/or the respective manufacturer of the product, and NegociuN may act in intermediary contact between client and importer to facilitate warranty processes and better serve our customers. The defect must be reported within the warranty period established in the note
purchase tax.
We do not process warranty requests for products not purchased on the NegociuN website.
Privacy
NegociuN works hard for the security and privacy of its customers, therefore all information provided during browsing and purchasing on the website is automatically stored in the database and is not sold, exchanged or disclosed to third parties - except when this information is necessary for the delivery process, billing, participation in promotions requested by customers, confirmation of data aiming at
